Frequently Asked Questions
How do I schedule my private sessions?
After purchasing, you'll receive a scheduling form where you can request the dates, times, and facilitator of your choice. We will work with your schedule. If we are not able to accommodate your time you will receive a full refund.
How often are the sessions?
We recommend one or two sessions per week, but you can set your own pace. All four sessions must be completed within 45 days of purchase unless your facilitator is not available.
Are private classes better than group programs?
Private coaching is great for customized learning, but we highly recommend combining it with our Spanish Sin Pena program for more practice. That’s why we offer a 20% discount for adults (18+) who enroll!
What happens if I miss a session?
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, that session will still count toward your package.
Will I achieve my goals in just four sessions?
Progress depends on your goals, effort, and practice outside of class. We encourage joining our program for additional practice. If needed, you can purchase another 4-session package after completing your first one.
Do sessions expire?
Yes, all sessions must be used within 45 days of purchase.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to feel confident about your investment! Our refund policy is:
✅ If we can’t accommodate your schedule or desired facilitator you will get a full refund. If you're not satisfied after the first session, you can request a refund for the remaining 3 sessions.
🚫 After the second session, no refunds will be issued unless there is an extreme circumstance (such as a medical emergency, family crisis, or other serious life event).
